Our chefs create menus to cater for a wide range of tastes and preferences, paying particular attention to quality, whilst still allowing each hotel to develop their own menus which have been endorsed by four hotels receiving AA rosettes.
The philosophy is to offer modern British food with a classical influence, using seasonal ingredients that are presented with real care, using local suppliers to provide freshness & quality.
